No matter whether you need on-site training, after-sales-support or a modernized converter. We'll always have an ear for your problems and demands – and of course a good solution, too.


Support

Even when the warranty runs out, you don't need to worry. Our reputation is on the line and we are keen to build up long-term relationships with our customers, so we take our responsibility for the products we supply seriously. If you want to be on the safe side, just sign up for one of our long-term maintenance contracts. System houses and end customers alike can contact either one of our local Transtechnik branches or our headquarters in Germany, who will be glad to deal with any requests, concerns and questions you may have. And not only that, we will inform you of any technological developments which could result in improved products for you, such as an upgrade from GTO technology to IGBT technology.
